Optimize & Minify CSS

CSS is a front-end programming language that lets you style specific elements on your website. There are optimizing techniques Gravity Painter includes to ensure faster load times.

Enable Optimize CSS Delivery

Included with the Gravity Painter add-on are the options Enable Optimize CSS Delivery and Minify CSS.

Enable Optimize CSS Delivery adds the CSS files inline. This increases performance and allows web browsers to download the CSS faster, resulting in improved page loading times.

Enable Optimize CSS Delivery should only be enabled when your Gravity Form is above the fold. ie. When your form is immediately visible upon visiting your website.

• To enable this option click Forms > Choose a Form > Settings > Toggle the Enable Optimize CSS Delivery > Click Save Settings

Minify CSS

Also included with the Gravity Painter add-on is the Minify CSS option.

Minifying CSS is a WordPress best practice allowing you to remove blank spaces in the CSS code syntax. This allows web browser's CSS engines to download, interpret, and display CSS changes faster than un-minified CSS.

• To enable this option click Forms > Choose a Form > Settings > Toggle the Minify CSS Option > Click Save Settings
